Services are available by appointment only. Payment is required after your free consult in order to secure an appointment time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete the consent form. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other client appointments (in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment). We will do our best to accommodate your request for a particular day and time but all appointments are on a first come – first serve basis.
Health Plus Medi-Spa has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide us with 48 hours notice. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of booked prepaid services.
No Return Policy
No refunds are made for products, or pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. Packages and pre-paid treatments are good for 1 year after the date of purchase.

We are committed to serving you in a professional and courteous manner. Medical aesthetics is not an exact science and how you respond to treatment will vary depending on a number of factors. It is difficult if not impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. We cannot predict or guarantee outcomes. We do strive however to achieve the best result we can!
